As part of our continued growth and commitment to financial excellence, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented finance leader for the following position: Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Key Responsibilities ✔ Lead and oversee the Group's overall Finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT, Treasury, Internal Audit, Budgeting, and Financial Management functions. ✔ Develop and implement the Group's financial strategy in alignment with corporate vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans. ✔ Establish and strengthen financial policies, internal control systems, governance frameworks, and risk management practices to ensure transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency. ✔ Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. ✔ Manage funding, treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and capital allocation to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources. ✔ Supervise the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, consolidated accounts, management reports (MIS), and Board reports in compliance with applicable accounting standards. ✔ Provide strategic financial advice and business insights to the Board of Directors and Senior Management to support investment decisions, business expansion, and corporate growth. ✔ Present financial performance, business forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. ✔ Drive cost optimization initiatives, profitability improvement, financial risk mitigation, and investment analysis to maximize shareholder value. ✔ Monitor project costing, financial feasibility, profitability analysis, capital expenditure, and overall business performance across all Group companies. ✔ Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, VAT laws, RJSC requirements, Bangladesh Bank regulations (where applicable), Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS), and other statutory and regulatory requirements. ✔ Coordinate effectively with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, financial institutions, investors, regulatory authorities, and government agencies. ✔ Lead ERP implementation, financial process automation, digital transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement across finance operations. ✔ Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing Finance & Accounts teams across all Group entities through effective leadership, coaching, succession planning, and performance management. ✔ Prepare long-term financial plans, investment strategies, business expansion models, and corporate financing recommendations. ✔ Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financing opportunities, and strategic investment proposals from a financial perspective. ✔ Ensure effective corporate governance, financial discipline, ethical business practices, and sound internal financial controls throughout the organization. ✔ Perform any other strategic financial, corporate, or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Management or Board of Directors.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company's digital presence, promote real estate projects, and generate quality customer leads through effective social media and digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities ✔ Manage and maintain the company's Facebook Page and other social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. ✔ Create engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, reels, stories, banners, and promotional materials. ✔ Record, edit, and publish property videos, promotional videos, and other multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns. ✔ Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Facebook Boosting and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation. ✔ Increase page reach, followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness through effective digital marketing strategies. ✔ Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, comments, and inquiries across social media and digital platforms. ✔ Generate, qualify, and manage customer leads from social media, websites, and other digital marketing channels. ✔ Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and conversion. ✔ Develop, implement, and continuously improve digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. ✔ Monitor campaign performance, analyze digital marketing metrics, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights. ✔ Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing techniques, AI tools, and platform algorithm changes. ✔ Perform any other digital marketing, branding, or promotional responsibilities assigned by the Management.
