  Professionally handle both inbound and outbound customer calls. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Address customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain call records and update customer information accurately. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns. Maintain professional communication and ensure high service quality. Meet assigned call-handling targets and performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities Consolidate financial statements and information from multiple business units in line with Group reporting timelines and requirements. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, financial submissions, and preparation of timely Group-level reports. Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS/local GAAP, applicable accounting standards, and internal accounting policies. Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends across business units and provide insights for management decision-making. Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and balances, ensuring accurate elimination during consolidation. Maintain and improve financial reporting systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity. Prepare management reports, dashboards, financial analysis, presentations, and ad hoc reports for senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate with Finance teams across business units to collect, validate, and resolve discrepancies in financial data. Support the implementation of new accounting standards, Group finance policies, and reporting requirements. Perform other finance-related duties assigned by Management.

  Identify and assess structured financing opportunities aligned with business and Group funding needs, balancing cost, risk, tenure, security, repayment terms, and lender/investor requirements. Coordinate IPO, bond issuance, and other capital-market transactions with investment banks, merchant banks, issue managers, arrangers, and advisors to ensure timely execution. Support the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of syndicated and club financing, including analysis of pricing, covenants, security, and repayment terms. Develop detailed financial models and conduct valuation, feasibility, sensitivity, capital structure, and financing alternative analyses. Evaluate transaction-related financial implications and risks, support due diligence, and review financial information and transaction documents. Maintain relationships with banks, NBFIs, financial advisors, legal firms, auditors, and other transaction partners while coordinating with internal Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, and business teams. Prepare financing proposals, management presentations, transaction updates, and strategic recommendations for senior management. Monitor capital-market trends to identify new funding opportunities and support the Group’s fundraising, capital structure, and corporate finance initiatives.
