Job Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team targets. Generate new leads through direct sales, networking, referrals, and corporate connections. Promote ROSA Group’s Real Estate & Lifestyle Products, including Hotel & Resort Ownership opportunities. Conduct client meetings, presentations, property visits, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable investment and ownership solutions. Follow up consistently with leads to ensure timely sales conversion. Maintain customer databases and sales reports and provide regular updates to management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer acquisition and sales process. Support innovative sales campaigns, promotional activities, and market development initiatives.
