Manage all import-related commercial activities, from purchase order placement through final delivery. Prepare and process L/C, TT, PI, CI, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Insurance, Certificate of Origin, and other necessary commercial documents. Maintain effective and professional communication with overseas manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, C&F agents, and banks. Compose professional business emails and official correspondence in English. Coordinate shipment schedules and regularly track import progress. Communicate with banks regarding L/C opening, amendments, document negotiation, and payment processing. Coordinate with customs authorities, C&F agents, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance. Organize commercial documents and keep shipment records accurately updated. Assist management by preparing commercial reports and providing regular shipment status updates. Ensure all import activities comply with Bangladesh import regulations and organizational policies. Carry out any other commercial responsibilities assigned by management.
