  ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ওয়্যারিং, ফিক্সচার ও সরঞ্জাম স্থাপন ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা। লাইট, সুইচ, সকেটসহ বিভিন্ন বৈদ্যুতিক উপকরণ মেরামত করা। বৈদ্যুতিক সমস্যা পরীক্ষা, শনাক্ত ও প্রয়োজনীয় মেরামত করা। DB, MCB ও Earthing System নিয়মিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা। নির্ধারিত সময় অনুযায়ী নিয়মিত Electrical Maintenance সম্পন্ন করা। সকল Electrical Safety Rules মেনে কাজ করা এবং বৈদ্যুতিক সরঞ্জাম সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা। বৈদ্যুতিক সমস্যা বা ত্রুটি সম্পর্কে Supervisor-কে রিপোর্ট করা। প্রয়োজনে Management/Supervisor কর্তৃক অর্পিত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা।

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including the receiving, storage, and issuance of construction materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control. Manage petty cash for urgent and minor material purchases in accordance with company policies. Inspect the quality and quantity of materials upon receipt and report any discrepancies. Prepare and maintain MRR (Material Receiving Report) and related documentation. Prepare GP (Goods Posting) and MPR (Material Purchase Requisition) as required. Prepare MIRN (Material Issue Return Note) and maintain proper records. Prepare monthly inventory and stock reports for management review. Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow. Ensure proper storage, labeling, organization, and safety of all inventory items. Support audit activities and assist with regular stock verification and reconciliation. 

Identify and generate qualified leads through market research, networking, referrals, and various business development initiatives. Reach out to prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to promote and sell company products and services. Meet monthly sales targets while developing, strengthening, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and prospects. Conduct project presentations, client meetings, property demonstrations, and site visits to facilitate the sales process. Manage and monitor the complete sales cycle using CRM software, ensuring accurate lead tracking, timely follow-ups, and successful conversions. Explore new markets, identify potential clients, and develop new business opportunities to increase the company’s market reach. Analyze competitors’ activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to support effective market positioning and sales strategies. Maintain accurate sales documentation, conduct regular follow-ups, and coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. Lead, supervise, and manage sales and operational teams by providing direction, coaching, and performance monitoring to achieve organizational goals. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, uphold a high standard of appearance, and demonstrate a target-oriented approach and strong leadership skills while representing the company’s premium brand image. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Management in accordance with the requirements of the role and organization.
