Identify new business opportunities and build a strong network of potential bulk buyers within assigned territories. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective business development initiatives. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with pesticide suppliers and institutional clients. Generate bulk sales orders and negotiate pricing, quantities, payment terms, and delivery schedules within approved company policies. Monitor market demand, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Maintain up-to-date records of sales, customer profiles, orders, collections, and market activities. Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, market insights, and business development reports to management. Support product promotion by communicating product features, benefits, recommended applications, and relevant technical information to customers. Ensure all sales and business activities comply with company policies, applicable pesticide regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular market visits to identify potential opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned by management.
