The Junior Executive – Human Resources will support the organization's HR operations by ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. The role involves assisting in employee relations, HR administration, and talent management while contributing to a positive, productive, and engaging workplace aligned with the company's business objectives. Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day execution of human resource operations and administrative activities. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR processes. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR-related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Help foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement and maintaining healthy employee relations. Coordinate with different departments to ensure HR activities align with organizational goals. Prepare HR reports, maintain databases, and perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.

Edit and produce high-quality videos with engaging visual effects, smooth transitions, and creative text animations. Utilize stock footage, graphics, and other multimedia elements to enhance storytelling and overall production quality. Design visually appealing digital content, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, and promotional graphics. Create clear, attractive, and easy-to-read on-screen captions and motion text that improve viewer engagement. Ensure consistent use of the company's brand identity, including colors, typography, and design standards, across all creative materials. Optimize videos and graphic content for various digital platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices to create relevant and engaging content. Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that support campaign objectives. Manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting assigned deadlines.
