The HR In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative activities, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ✅ Key Responsibilities ✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation processes. ✔ Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation. ✔ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company HR policies. ✔ Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures. ✔ Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs. ✔ Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and organizational documentation. ✔ Monitor office administration and support day-to-day operational activities. ✔ Coordinate training and employee engagement initiatives. ✔ Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records. ✔ Work closely with management to improve organizational performance and employee satisfaction.

The Commercial In-Charge will oversee commercial activities, procurement, logistics, import/export documentation, inventory coordination, and supplier management. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining factory equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems, and ensuring uninterrupted production. ✅ Key Responsibilities ✔ Inspect production machinery regularly. ✔ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. ✔ Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults. ✔ Install and repair factory equipment. ✔ Minimize machine downtime. ✔ Maintain maintenance logs and reports. ✔ Follow safety procedures while performing technical work. ✔ Coordinate with production departments during machine servicing. ✔ Ensure efficient operation of factory equipment. ✔ Support continuous improvement of technical systems.  

The Assistant Factory Manager will work closely with the Factory Manager to ensure smooth production, maintain product quality, supervise factory personnel, and improve operational efficiency. ✅ Key Responsibilities ✔ Assist in planning and supervising daily production activities. ✔ Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion. ✔ Coordinate with production, maintenance, commercial, and HR departments. ✔ Ensure quality standards and food safety regulations are maintained. ✔ Supervise factory workers and monitor attendance and productivity. ✔ Prepare production reports and maintain operational records. ✔ Support inventory control and raw material utilization. ✔ Identify production issues and recommend practical solutions. ✔ Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness. ✔ Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.  

The Engineer will supervise construction projects, prepare technical drawings and BOQ, monitor engineering activities, and ensure projects are completed according to quality standards. ✅ Key Responsibilities ✔ Supervise all steel and civil construction work according to approved drawings. ✔ Prepare proposal drawings and BOQ for tender purposes. ✔ Prepare retrofit drawings for RCC and steel structures. ✔ Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities. ✔ Monitor project quality, safety, and construction schedules. ✔ Coordinate with contractors and consultants. ✔ Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations. ✔ Prepare project progress reports. ✔ Review engineering drawings and specifications. ✔ Support maintenance and infrastructure development projects.
