Handle and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Convert incoming inquiries into qualified sales leads and arrange potential customers' site visits. Categorize prospects based on their interest and readiness to purchase as Hot, Warm, or Cold leads. Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective investors. Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.  

    Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market and broader economic trends. Develop comprehensive product knowledge to recommend suitable properties based on prospective clients’ needs. Meet potential buyers, present property offerings, and convert leads into successful sales. Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong sales skills, and effective teamwork. Maintain punctuality and manage time and client data efficiently. Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities as needed. Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets. Contribute to a professional, collaborative, and positive corporate culture.
