✔ Monitor daily operational data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely reporting. ✔ Collect, verify, organize, and maintain data from multiple operational and business sources. ✔ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data monitoring reports for management review. ✔ Identify data discrepancies, errors, missing information, irregularities, and unusual trends, and report findings to the concerned management. ✔ Maintain Excel and Google Sheets-based databases, including data summaries, charts, dashboards, and performance reports. ✔ Coordinate with field teams, technical teams, and office personnel to collect, verify, and update required operational information. ✔ Monitor system-generated data and cross-check it against operational records to ensure data accuracy and consistency. ✔ Maintain proper documentation, records, and data logs for all monitoring and reporting activities. ✔ Support management with data analysis, operational performance reports, and actionable insights to assist in effective decision-making. ✔ Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and proper handling of operational information in accordance with company policies and reporting procedures. ✔ Perform other data monitoring, data analysis, documentation, and reporting-related responsibilities assigned by management. Required Skills & Competencies ✔ Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, data organization, and basic data analysis. ✔ Basic understanding of databases, data management, and data monitoring processes. ✔ Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data issues and interpret operational information. ✔ Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality. ✔ Ability to prepare clear and professional reports, data summaries, charts, and presentations. ✔ Good communication and coordination skills for working with field teams, technical teams, and office personnel. ✔ Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict reporting deadlines. ✔ Willingness to learn and work with operational, technical, and system-generated data platforms. ✔ Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) is required. ✔ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, making this opportunity suitable for entry-level candidates with strong technical and analytical skills. ✔ Candidates with relevant data monitoring, data analysis, reporting, database management, or operational reporting experience will receive preference.
