Job Purpose The position is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s overall sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue and profit growth. The role will oversee sales planning, business development, market expansion, key account management, sales team performance, and customer relationship management while ensuring the achievement of business targets, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships. Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and business development strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Develop appropriate pricing, promotional, and sales initiatives to maximize market penetration and revenue. Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs. Establish and continuously improve sales policies, procedures, processes, and best practices. Analyze sales performance reports and KPIs and take corrective actions to improve overall sales effectiveness. Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and performance updates to senior management. Ensure effective sales pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and timely achievement of sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers, and strategic business partners. Lead major negotiations and manage high-value contracts and strategic accounts. Address customer concerns promptly and implement initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute long-term customer relationship and retention strategies. Lead the recruitment, training, mentoring, and development of sales managers and sales teams. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability development programs. Develop and implement appropriate incentive and motivation programs to enhance sales team performance. Foster a high-performance, target-oriented, and customer-focused sales culture across the organization. Prepare, control, and manage the sales budget while ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Monitor sales profitability, margins, expenses, and overall financial performance against approved targets. Recommend and implement initiatives to improve sales productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, applicable laws, and relevant industry regulations. Conduct regular field visits and on-site observations to monitor market conditions, customer engagement, sales activities, and team performance. Ensure accurate maintenance of sales forecasts, customer information, sales records, and CRM data. Provide strategic sales insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and market expansion.

Oversee and manage the entire factory operation, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual production targets while maintaining Cost, Quality, and Delivery (CQD) KPIs. Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of press machines, dies, coating lines, furnaces, and other critical production equipment. Ensure compliance with established quality standards and international quality requirements, while continuously reducing rejection, rework, and process losses. Lead, develop, train, and manage a workforce of 800+ workers and officers to maximize productivity, efficiency, discipline, and employee engagement. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production, operational, and MIS reports for senior management, highlighting performance, variances, and corrective actions. Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Government labor laws, factory regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and other applicable statutory provisions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, minimize wastage, and improve overall operational efficiency. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production flow, optimum resource utilization, timely delivery, and achievement of customer requirements. Establish and maintain effective production systems, SOPs, KPIs, and performance-monitoring mechanisms across the factory.
