Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through regular communication and meetings. Serve as the primary contact for clients and vendors, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing their needs effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services and products. Negotiate vendor contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for the company. Assess vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards and contractual requirements. Prepare and present reports on client and vendor activities, performance indicators, and improvement opportunities. Identify operational gaps and implement strategies to improve client and vendor satisfaction. Support the onboarding of new clients and vendors to ensure a smooth integration process. Monitor industry developments and market trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to management.
