We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Visa Consultant to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing applicants’ prescriptions, medical reports, and supporting documents to assess their eligibility and identify the requirements for a medical visa application. The role will also involve guiding clients in obtaining additional medical or personal documentation when required and ensuring that applications are complete, accurate, and properly prepared. Candidates with previous experience in the medical tourism or visa consultancy sector will be given preference. The position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to supporting clients throughout their visa journey. Key Responsibilities ✔ Medical Visa Assessment: Review patients’ medical conditions, prescriptions, reports, and treatment requirements to determine the appropriate medical visa category and assess eligibility. ✔ Visa Guidance: Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding medical visa requirements, regulations, procedures, documentation, financial proof, and other criteria applicable to the destination country. ✔ Personalized Consultation: Assess each client’s individual medical needs, travel urgency, and financial circumstances to provide appropriate guidance throughout the application process. ✔ Document Preparation: Assist clients in collecting, organizing, and preparing complete and accurate medical and personal documents, including medical reports, doctors’ letters, hospital invitations, financial statements, passport copies, and other supporting documents. ✔ Embassy & Immigration Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and relevant embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities, responding to queries and providing necessary clarifications when required. ✔ Medical Facility Coordination: Coordinate with hospitals and medical facilities in the destination country to obtain appointment letters, treatment plans, cost estimates, and other documents required for the visa application. ✔ Application Tracking: Monitor visa applications from submission through the relevant stages of processing and provide clients with timely status updates. ✔ Issue Resolution: Identify and help resolve application-related issues, including missing documents, inconsistencies, incomplete information, or requests for additional supporting documents. ✔ Previous Visa Refusal Cases: Review the reasons for previous visa refusals and guide clients on addressing identified issues and preparing a more complete and properly supported subsequent application. ✔ Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, medical visa policies, embassy requirements, and international medical travel regulations to ensure applications are prepared according to the latest applicable requirements. ✔ Client Support: Maintain professional, empathetic, and responsive communication with clients throughout the medical visa process, ensuring they receive clear guidance and support at every stage.
