  Manage depot cash receipts and payments while ensuring compliance with company policies. Prepare and verify daily invoices, bills, and delivery challans accurately and on time. Record collections and ensure timely bank deposits according to company guidelines. Conduct physical inventory checks and assist with inventory reconciliation. Maintain the Collection Register and submit monthly reports to Head Office within deadlines. Prepare and submit the Daily Cash Book to the Head Office Finance team on time. Review and verify TA/DA claims of delivery personnel and field staff. Monitor customer payment status and coordinate with the Sales Team for timely collection of outstanding dues. Ensure proper filing, documentation, and preservation of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
