Responsibilities & Context Develop and maintain time and action calendars for all center production activities. Prepare daily production reports by product, purpose, and delivery date. Generate section-wise production loading reports. Prepare billing, billing projection, and purpose-wise billing status reports. Prepare job closing reports as required. Generate category-wise staff and worker reports. Monitor and report current and non-current stock, raw materials, work-in-process, and accessories. Prepare performance and bonus reports for each sub-center and its in-charge. Safeguarding Responsibilities Protect team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. Provide guidance and support to promote a safe working environment. Promote safeguarding policies and ensure compliance with established standards. Follow safeguarding reporting procedures and encourage timely reporting of incidents.
