✔ Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, software applications, printers, scanners, projectors, video conferencing devices, and other IT peripherals. ✔ Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, online meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and business applications to ensure reliable IT services. ✔ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues. ✔ Coordinate and provide user support for ERP, HRIS, Payroll, and production systems, assisting employees in effectively operating business applications and ERP software. ✔ Assist employees with the effective use of computer systems, email, printing, office applications, and other business software. ✔ Troubleshoot and resolve end-user network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet-related problems. ✔ Install, configure, and maintain antivirus software and ensure compliance with endpoint security requirements. ✔ Perform basic repair, replacement, and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals. ✔ Install, configure, and maintain Face ID and biometric devices used for access control and employee attendance management. ✔ Install, configure, and maintain IP-based CCTV and video surveillance systems, including IP camera configuration, installation and mounting, connectivity troubleshooting, and resolution of camera-related issues.

Job Context Responsible for maintaining a centralized and up-to-date order-wise production database covering Cutting, Sewing, Washing, and Finishing. The role focuses on consolidating daily production data, tracking WIP and stage-wise progress, and preparing timely reports and analysis to support production monitoring, management decisions, and shipment tracking. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate order-wise production data, including style, quantity, color/size, PO details, and shipment dates. Update order information based on approved amendments from Merchandising and cross-check data with relevant records. Consolidate daily production data from Cutting, Sewing, Washing, and Finishing into a centralized database. Track stage-wise WIP and production progress against order quantities. Monitor production flow and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and pending stages. Maintain standardized data formats for reliable trend, variance, and performance analysis. Prepare and share daily/weekly production status reports with Planning and management. Identify shipment-risk orders by analyzing production progress, WIP, gaps, and shipment deadlines. Maintain historical production records for reporting, audits, and analysis. Prepare ad-hoc reports, variance analysis, and status updates to support production planning and shipment decisions.

  Oversee the security and safety of factory premises, employees, visitors, and company assets. Supervise security personnel, duty rosters, attendance, and daily operations. Control the movement of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials through proper gate-pass procedures. Monitor CCTV and security patrols to identify and address potential risks. Ensure the protection of garments, fabrics, accessories, machinery, warehouses, and washing facilities. Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, and property loss. Provide security support during fires, accidents, emergencies, and critical incidents. Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures. Maintain security registers, incident records, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer security requirements, and applicable laws. Conduct regular briefings and training for security staff. Coordinate with Administration, Fire & Safety teams, and local authorities when required.
