Job Location Any Branch as Assigned (Anywhere in Bangladesh) Job Responsibilities ✔ Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and efficient branch activities. ✔ Monitor overall restaurant floor operations and ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service. ✔ Supervise floor staff, waiters, and part-time employees during assigned shifts and ensure proper task allocation. ✔ Prepare and manage staff deployment during shifts to maintain adequate manpower and smooth restaurant operations. ✔ Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance and provide necessary guidance when required. ✔ Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution. ✔ Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and Cashier Teams to ensure order accuracy, timely food/service delivery, and smooth customer flow. ✔ Ensure proper implementation of restaurant SOPs, cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and operational standards. ✔ Monitor the overall cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant floor, service areas, and other customer-facing spaces. ✔ Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, staff records, and shift-related information as required. ✔ Support Branch Management in managing daily operations, staff coordination, customer service, and administrative activities. ✔ Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely solutions and uninterrupted restaurant service. ✔ Ensure all assigned responsibilities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards. ✔ Perform any other restaurant operations, staff supervision, customer service, or branch management duties assigned by management.

Monitor the organization’s accounts and maintain accurate records of daily balances. Manage cash efficiently by verifying the authenticity of transactions and ensuring accurate calculations before entering them into the accounting software. Safely maintain all vouchers, receipts, and relevant supporting documents. Handle petty cash payments and maintain proper records of related expenses. Review the daily fund position and communicate the updated status to the designated personnel. Provide regular updates to the concerned authority regarding the day-end cash and financial position. Perform any additional duties assigned by management, including working effectively during busy periods. Be prepared to travel outside Dhaka when required for cash counting and related responsibilities. Work as a cashier at any branch across Bangladesh for one or two months when necessary. Full-time position with working hours from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. One day off every 10 days.
