Job Summary We are seeking a confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional to join our evening sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tele-sales, lead nurturing, and investor relationship management by introducing Terraprime's hotel and resort investment opportunities. This role focuses on converting qualified leads into successful investment sales while delivering an exceptional client experience. Work Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka (Office-Based) Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday Off) Key Responsibilities Reach out to prospective investors via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels to generate and nurture sales opportunities. Present and explain hotel and resort investment packages, share ownership opportunities, payment plans, project features, and investment benefits in a clear and professional manner. Conduct regular follow-ups with potential investors, address initial inquiries and objections, and schedule meetings with interested prospects for the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress using the company's CRM or reporting system. Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, share client feedback, and improve lead conversion strategies. Achieve assigned sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful investment sales while building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Ensure all communications and sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and professional business practices.
