Market and sell TBL Credit Card products to prospective and existing customers, conduct regular sales calls and market visits to identify new leads, and achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Cross-sell POS services to merchants and customers, and support merchant onboarding onto the POS platform. Identify and approach potential customers and merchants for card, QR, and POS products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Explain product features, benefits, charges, and eligibility requirements to customers. Collect and verify customer/merchant documents for account and product applications. Support onboarding and activation of cards, QR codes, and POS terminals.  

Accurately process daily cash deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and payments. Balance cash and adhere to vault limit policies. Deliver prompt, professional counter service. Verify instruments and customer details per KYC/AML compliance. Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation. Detect and report discrepancies or suspicious activities. Assist branch operations to achieve service quality standards. Ensure confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
