Graphic Designer / Creative Designer Job Context Trust Infinity Firms Bangladesh, the proud owner of trusted FMCG brands SAAD and Savory, is looking for a creative, innovative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to strengthen our branding, packaging, digital marketing, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, brand development, and modern design trends, with the ability to create impactful designs for both digital and print platforms. The selected candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Branding, and Management teams to create compelling visual content that enhances brand awareness, product visibility, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Development Create innovative, attractive, and professional designs for both digital and print media. Develop creative concepts, visual campaigns, and marketing materials based on brand objectives and product requirements. Transform ideas into engaging visual content that aligns with company branding and marketing goals. Ensure consistency of design standards, brand identity, and visual communication across all channels. Packaging & Product Branding Design product packaging, labels, stickers, cartons, and FMCG branding materials. Develop product presentation concepts and packaging mockups for new and existing products. Ensure packaging designs comply with brand guidelines and market requirements. Collaborate with production and marketing teams to finalize packaging artwork. Digital & Print Media Design Design marketing materials including: Brochures Flyers Posters Catalogs Product Leaflets POSM Materials Display Stands Corporate Branding Materials Prepare artwork files for digital printing and commercial production. Ensure print-ready designs meet quality and production specifications. Social Media & Digital Marketing Content Design engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Create: Social Media Posts Promotional Banners Campaign Creatives Product Advertisements Reels Covers Web Banners Digital Marketing Assets Support digital marketing campaigns with high-converting visual content. Video Editing & Motion Graphics Edit promotional videos, product videos, and social media content. Create motion graphics, animated advertisements, reels, and short-form marketing videos. Develop engaging visual content to increase audience engagement and brand visibility. Optimize video content for various social media and digital platforms. 2D & 3D Visualization Create professional 2D graphics and product illustrations. Develop basic 3D product mockups and visual presentations for branding and marketing purposes. Assist in product visualization and promotional concept development. Branding & Corporate Identity Design office branding materials, signage, event branding, exhibition materials, and promotional displays. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing, advertising, packaging, and corporate communication materials. Support the execution of branding strategies and visual identity initiatives. AI-Assisted Creative Design Utilize modern AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and design quality. Leverage AI technologies for concept generation, image enhancement, content creation, and creative workflow optimization. Stay updated with emerging design technologies, trends, and creative innovations. Collaboration & Project Coordination Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Management teams to understand project requirements. Coordinate multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand development. Additional Responsibilities Maintain organized design files, creative assets, and project documentation. Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects and marketing materials. Perform any other graphic design, branding, creative content, or marketing-related tasks assigned by management.
