Conduct extensive field visits within the assigned geographic area to identify prospective customers, generate leads, and develop a strong client base for financial products and services. Promote and clearly explain the company’s financial products, loan schemes, and service offerings to potential and existing customers in the target market. Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement, satisfaction, and business retention. Achieve assigned business targets, sales goals, and performance KPIs, contributing to overall departmental growth and organizational success. Manage end-to-end credit-related processes, including loan application handling, documentation, credit approval coordination, disbursement procedures, and repayment collection activities. Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to credit operations and financial services. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure smooth loan servicing, timely repayments, and effective portfolio management. Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and contributing to product promotion strategies. Generate new business opportunities for Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans through direct sales activities, referral networks, corporate partnerships, and strategic business development initiatives. Build, manage, and expand a high-quality portfolio of retail lending customers while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets related to loan disbursement, portfolio growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition. Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, corporate partners, real estate developers, automobile dealers, and referral sources to drive business growth. Conduct customer profiling, financial assessment, and preliminary eligibility evaluations to identify suitable lending solutions based on customer needs. Ensure timely collection of loan installments (EMIs), monitor repayment behavior, and maintain a healthy loan portfolio with minimal delinquency levels. Follow up with customers regularly to ensure service excellence, portfolio quality, and long-term relationship management. Maintain strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, KYC requirements, AML/CFT guidelines, credit policies, and internal operational procedures.
