CAREER OPPORTUNITY Versatile Creation Limited, a leading 100% export-oriented buying house, located at House 38, Road 05, Sector 03, Uttara, Dhaka-1230, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following urgent position:  GENERAL MANAGER – PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL Key Requirements: A Master’s in Garment/Apparel/Textile-related field will be preferred. 15–20 years of total professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership/managerial roles in the apparel/garment industry. Strong experience in leading Production & Quality Control operations and teams. Thorough knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS), CSR/Compliance, Workplace Engineering & Technology. Sound understanding of Raw Material Management, Apparel Merchandising and Production Operations. Strong capabilities in Human Relations, Team Leadership and Performance Management. Practical knowledge of P&L and overall business management, including cost control and operational efficiency. Ability to ensure production targets, delivery commitments and quality standards are achieved efficiently. Exposure to multi-country and multicultural working environments will be an added advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.   COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary and benefits are negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
