Support the Fashion Designer & Product Developer in planning and executing product production. Coordinate with factories, vendors, and suppliers for sample development and bulk production. Ensure factories accurately follow approved designs, fabrics, measurements, specifications, quantities, and production standards. Track sample development, approvals, production schedules, and delivery deadlines. Monitor the entire production process from factory allocation through finishing, quality inspection, and final delivery. Conduct regular factory visits to monitor production progress and ensure timely completion. Perform quality checks at different production stages and prior to final delivery. Inspect fabric, color, measurements, stitching, embroidery/printing, workmanship, finishing, and overall product quality. Identify defects and production discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions or rework with factories. Maintain updated production status, quantities, quality reports, and delivery records on a style-wise and factory-wise basis. Coordinate the timely collection and transfer of finished products to the inventory team. Promptly communicate production delays, quality concerns, shortages, and other critical issues to the Fashion Designer & Product Developer. Handle additional production and quality-related tasks as assigned by management.
