Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation of all accounting activities. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor and process invoices, receipts, payments, and collections while ensuring timely reconciliation. Cash & Expense Management: Manage petty cash, monitor daily cash flow, and maintain proper expense records. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, statements, and management reports. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain organized financial records, support tax and VAT-related activities, and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to support budgeting, expense monitoring, financial planning, and audit requirements.
