Manage milking processes, ensuring hygiene standards and high milk quality are consistently maintained.
Collaborate with veterinarians for health check-ups, vaccinations, and treatments.
Monitor milk production levels and overall animal performance.
Lead and manage a team of farm laborers and animal caretakers effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of animal shelters, barns, and the farm environment.
Enforce biosecurity measures and uphold animal welfare guidelines.
Manage daily cash flow from sales of milk and dairy products.
Keep precise sales records and maintain daily cash books.
Ensure prompt cash deposits and accurate reporting to the accounts department.
Maintain transparency and accountability in all financial transactions.
Monitor feed supplies, plan appropriate daily rations, and ensure animals receive balanced nutrition.
Track consumption of feed, medicines, and other consumables.
Coordinate procurement and proper storage of farm materials and supplies.
Maintain comprehensive records on livestock counts, milk output, feed usage, and farm expenses.
Compile and submit operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to management.
Document animal health records, breeding cycles, and productivity data.
Ensure all farm operations comply with regulatory, hygiene, and environmental standards.
Provide training to staff on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Advocate for sustainable, ethical, and responsible farming practices.
