Job Context

ACI Motors has grown into a large and diversified business. To strengthen our operations, we are hiring an Analyst – Import & Industry who will be responsible for regularly tracking and analyzing industry import data, with a key focus on LC (Letter of Credit) activities. By combining LC monitoring with industry-wide import trends, this role will enable more accurate forecasting, improved synchronization of imports with sales and demand, and optimized inventory management. Ultimately, the position will enhance planning efficiency and support management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, consolidate, and analyze industry import data to generate insights on competitor activities and market trends.

• Track and monitor LC statuses across all portfolios to ensure timely product availability and accurate forecasting.

• Prepare and share periodic reports on imports and industry analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.

• Support inventory optimization by aligning import data with sales forecasts and PSI plans.

• Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to assess duty structures, cost impacts, and compliance with regulations.

• Provide strategic input for pricing, budgeting, and long-term planning based on import and industry insights.

• Maintain strong communication with Principals and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and adherence to compliance requirements.
