  • Experience working in a manufacturing/supply chain related environment.
  • Experience with an ERP system - JD Edwards would be an asset.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to display intuitive judgment.
  • Good written and oral skills in English.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Document, analyze, and resolve production issues, including minor enhancements and solution development, to address business challenges effectively.
  • Provide consistent and reliable production support to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Application teams to gather and refine business requirements for system changes.
  • Assist in testing and implementing system modifications and new functionalities in coordination with IT teams and end users.
  • Offer user support for business application software, with a primary focus on JDE World or other manufacturing-related systems.
  • Aid in documenting new processes, procedures, and workflows in support of business and system changes.
  • Develop testing documentation, system specifications, solution proposals, and user training materials as part of an ongoing continuous improvement and SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) framework.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives by ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
