At least 1 year of hands-on experience in design and cost estimation.
Proficiency in design tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
Must be flexible to work both at the office and on project sites.
Skills
Develop design concepts, detailed drawings, and cost estimates for interior and landscape projects.
Lead the design process from initial concept through schematic and design development stages.
Act as the primary liaison with clients, coordinating with consultants (e.g., engineers) and internal teams.
Oversee construction activities, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure project execution aligns with design intent and quality expectations.
Produce both 2D and 3D visualizations based on client specifications.
Visit project sites to monitor progress and provide direction as needed.
Work closely with the team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
