We are looking for a dedicated person to fill up the above position in our Dhaka Office:
Job Responsibilities:
Follow up CRM and Operation Team of Ocean Freight·
Day-to-day correspondence/communication of customer service as well as documentation related matters of Ocean Freight
Follow up Team activities & distribute job to serve customer on time.
Communicate with local shipper/Buying Agent/ Shipping lines as well as overseas agents over phone/ email
Keep liaison with carriers, taking care of rate queries, negotiation with counterparts·
New Business Implementation, Set up SOP & guide to Team for smooth handling·
Other assigned work by the supervisor as and when required.Experties in Air Freight, Import Operation,Ocean Freight.
