Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales Planning & Strategy:
  • Prepare a realistic sales plan and set periodic revenue targets, aligned with historical data and upcoming opportunities, subject to management approval.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets for:
  • IELTS and English language courses
  • Mock tests and exam registrations
  • Corporate language and soft skills training programs
  • Other revenue-generating services
  • Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities via:
  • Online channels: Facebook, YouTube, video content, reels, digital ads
  • Offline channels: Training sessions, classroom rentals, exam venue hosting
  • Partnerships: Universities, government bodies, visa consultancies, training departments of private/public companies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and COO to design integrated online and offline campaigns, corporate tie-ups, and referral strategies.
  • Sales Execution & Follow-Up:
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure:
  • Collect and manage client contact info
  • Schedule meetings and consultations
  • Develop proposals and persuasive presentations
  • Follow up with reminder calls/emails
  • Address client objections and negotiate terms
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students/professionals and ensure high lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
