• Plan, develop, implement, and maintain quality control and assurance processes to meet customer expectations.

• Conduct risk assessments and pre-production meetings to establish preventive and corrective actions for maintaining quality standards.

• Supervise in-line, mid-line, and final production stages to ensure product quality is consistent throughout the process.

• Review and evaluate the first output to verify quality and productivity standards.

• Train, guide, and monitor QC and QI teams to ensure garments meet customer specifications.

• Identify root causes of quality issues and apply corrective and preventive measures accordingly.

• Communicate with buyer QA and technical teams to align on quality expectations and gather feedback.

• Participate in fit sessions with garment technologists and key clients to ensure garment fit accuracy.

• Oversee cutting, printing, and embroidery sections to ensure timely shipment readiness.

• Maintain and follow up on all quality-related reports.

• Organize manpower layouts based on performance and capability to assign the right people to the right roles.

• Assign responsibilities and evaluate team performance based on individual skills and KPIs.

• Foster a culture of quality and accountability across the team.

• Monitor internal pre-final and final audits; conduct in-line and final inspections and document outcomes in line with shipment deadlines.

• Collaborate with production, IE, and technical teams to drive continuous quality and efficiency improvements.
