Responsibilities & Context
Oversee HR and administrative operations at the factory, ensuring effective employee management, regulatory compliance, welfare programs, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Human Resources
Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding for factory employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and HRIS data.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave information.
Manage performance appraisal processes, KPI tracking, and related documentation.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
Address employee grievances, implement disciplinary actions, and resolve conflicts.
Plan and organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Support training needs assessment and coordinate staff development programs.
Administration
Supervise overall factory administration, including security, housekeeping, and facilities management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage employee support services such as transportation, canteen, and accommodation.
Liaise with local authorities and government agencies when required.
Oversee procurement of administrative supplies and monitor costs efficiently.
