Responsibilities & Context

  • Strategically plan and forecast manpower requirements based on job roles and locations, while coordinating with various channels to identify potential candidates.

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.

  • Utilize job portals, social media, recruitment firms, and internal referrals to attract and engage qualified talent.

  • Ensure timely onboarding, handle post-joining documentation, and conduct orientation programs for new hires.

  • Generate and share HR reports with management to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures to optimize HR functions in line with industry best practices.

  • Maintain and update role descriptions, succession plans, and perform workload assessments across departments.

  • Create and revise departmental organograms based on business structure and needs.

  • Support the annual performance evaluation process.

  • Lead organizational development initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.

  • Regularly update and manage the HR Information System (HRIS) for improved process automation.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Handle disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Manage vendors for administrative services, including transportation, security, housekeeping, mobile operators, and uniform supply.

  • Ensure efficient use and oversight of the company’s pool vehicles.

  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure consistent delivery of security, cleaning, mobile, and uniform-related support.
