Job Context:

We are seeking a qualified and driven Assistant Manager – Implementation to manage solar pump projects, including government-funded irrigation and water supply initiatives such as LLP, Dug Well and other renewable energy & pumping based systems. The ideal candidate must have solid project implementation experience, technical knowledge of solar pumping systems and expertise in e-GP tendering processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution and implementation of solar water pump projects under government and NGO initiatives.

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely installation, quality control and adherence to project guidelines.

• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, government officials and field teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Prepare project reports, track progress and resolve on-ground implementation challenges.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during project execution.

• Forecast and manage project budgets, timelines and logistics.

• Collaborate with the Accounts Department to ensure accurate billing and payment systems, including ensuring tender billing on time.
