The role requires leading international campaign operations during night shifts, ensuring smooth execution of client projects with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability. The individual will act as the primary liaison between clients and the operations team, handling escalations, process updates, and performance reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing international campaign management during night operations, ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
Monitoring and analyzing team performance, providing coaching, motivation, and disciplinary guidance to drive results.
Serving as the main contact point for international clients, addressing concerns, managing escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Resource planning and allocation to optimize productivity and operational efficiency across teams.
Data-driven decision making, identifying trends, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align operational execution with business objectives and client goals.
Fostering a performance-driven, professional work culture, maintaining discipline and morale during night shifts.
