Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality of intimate apparel products (e.g., bras, panties, shapewear)
Lead and supervise the production team, monitor line performance, and ensure production targets are met with maximum efficiency
Coordinate closely with cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality teams to maintain a smooth and continuous production flow
Ensure product quality standards are consistently upheld throughout the manufacturing process, in full compliance with buyer specifications
Analyze production data and implement improvement strategies to reduce downtime, boost productivity, and minimize waste
Collaborate with Planning, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Maintenance departments to ensure optimal capacity utilization and seamless operations
Conduct daily line balancing, machine layout adjustments, and resource allocation to accommodate style changes and meet delivery timelines
Supervise worker discipline and skill development while fostering a safe, motivated, and compliant work environment
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, efficiency, DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), and on-time delivery
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements to enhance profitability and competitiveness
Ensure full compliance with factory rules, health & safety standards, and buyer requirements
