The role is responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, regulatory compliance, and cost reconciliation. It requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, reduce revenue leakage, and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing Management: Oversee all billing activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and proper P&L reflection while establishing strong governance frameworks.
System Ownership: Manage billing systems and panels, including package setup, compliance, automation, and system upgrades.
Revenue Assurance: Reconcile usage with billing data, detect anomalies, and implement controls to safeguard revenue.
Collaboration: Work with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align billing with contracts, provide insights, and ensure compliance.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to BTRC, NTTN, and audit requirements, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Process Improvement: Lead automation and optimization initiatives to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the billing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
