Additional Requirements

Candidates should have a solid understanding of networking and NTTN/ISP billing systems, along with hands-on experience in billing platforms such as Radius, ERP/CRM integrations, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. They must possess strong knowledge of revenue assurance, cost control, and regulatory compliance in ISP/NTTN billing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform effectively under pressure. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in related business areas.

Responsibilities & Context

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, regulatory compliance, and cost reconciliation. It requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, reduce revenue leakage, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing Management: Oversee all billing activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and proper P&L reflection while establishing strong governance frameworks.

  • System Ownership: Manage billing systems and panels, including package setup, compliance, automation, and system upgrades.

  • Revenue Assurance: Reconcile usage with billing data, detect anomalies, and implement controls to safeguard revenue.

  • Collaboration: Work with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align billing with contracts, provide insights, and ensure compliance.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to BTRC, NTTN, and audit requirements, maintaining transparency and accountability.

  • Process Improvement: Lead automation and optimization initiatives to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the billing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
