  • Age limit: Not more than 45 years
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the NGO sector
  • Proven experience in programs related to children, youth, human trafficking (TIP), child marriage (CEFM), and child protection (CP)
  • Must be willing to ride a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Ready to work and travel in remote and hard-to-reach areas

Responsibilities & Context

The Assistant Project Manager will be in charge of implementing project activities within designated areas. Their key role includes overseeing program quality and ensuring proper documentation at the district level. They will work in close coordination with government bodies at both district and sub-district levels, Union Parishad chairpersons, and various stakeholders to help achieve the project's goals and objectives. Strong collaboration will also be maintained with Peer Leaders, ANIRBAN volunteers, and the Survivors’ Network to strengthen efforts in preventing Child, Early and Forced Marriage (CEFM), Trafficking in Persons (TIP), and reducing Gender-Based Violence (GBV).
Key Deliverables:

  • Supervise and monitor field-level project activities

  • Arrange and facilitate various training programs for field staff, CMPCs, and prevention committees

  • Conduct regular staff coordination meetings

  • Manage district-level accounting and financial systems

  • Support development and implementation of staff work plans

  • Conduct skill-building sessions for Peer Leaders and ANIRBAN members

  • Build and maintain relationships with district/sub-district administrations, government departments, NGOs, local networks, Union Parishads, media, and journalists

  • Facilitate project monitoring and evaluation processes

  • Document and share success stories and field insights

  • Perform regular field visits to monitor progress

  • Collaborate with Winrock International staff to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Serve as the Child Protection Focal Point, ensuring children's safety and conducting risk assessments

  • Provide support and protection services to Community Members and TIP survivors

  • Report directly to the Project Manager
