The Assistant Project Officer (Monitoring & Reporting) will support the SCALE project by planning, implementing, and managing MEAL activities. The role includes developing M&E frameworks, tools, and app-based systems (KOBO/ODK/ONA/EPI-info), conducting field monitoring, supporting surveys/research, and ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement MEAL plans, frameworks, and tools.

• Conduct field visits, support enumerators, and ensure quality data collection.

• Coordinate baseline surveys, needs assessments, feasibility studies, and evaluations.

• Analyze and visualize data using Excel, SPSS, PowerBI, or similar tools.

• Prepare donor and management reports, case studies, and visual documentation.

• Facilitate lessons-learned workshops and track learning plans.

• Maintain coordination with government agencies, UN bodies, NGOs, and stakeholders.
