Must have a trade course certification in Electrical/Electronics/Power/Mechanical.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) is mandatory.
Provide regular service and inspection of lifts and escalators to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Check lift machinery on a regular basis and confirm that lifts are operating correctly.
Install, maintain, clean, and repair system equipment as required.
Identify operational and maintenance risks of lift and escalator equipment and arrange prompt repairs if any defects are found.
Inspect and verify the operation of essential components such as sensors, motors, brakes, and other lift and escalator parts.
Perform emergency repairs quickly and efficiently.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in lift and escalator systems.
In emergency situations, carry out initial repairs to rescue passengers trapped inside lifts promptly.
Conduct routine inspections of systems to ensure efficiency and safety.
Perform periodic inspections of control panels and BMS-connected equipment to detect faults or irregularities.
Report necessary repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the system functions properly.
Maintain constant communication with fire safety personnel, providing essential details and updates during incidents.
Prepare maintenance records and inspection reports.
