Ensure proper handling, registration, and tracking of samples.
Conduct and supervise advanced physical, chemical, and colorfastness tests in accordance with ISO, ASTM, AATCC, BS, and GB/T standards.
Maintain accuracy and reliability of test results; review and approve test reports.
Prepare detailed test summaries and effectively communicate results to QA, merchandising, and buyers.
Support buyer audits and address technical queries.
Monitor calibration schedules and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and buyer requirements.
Maintain comprehensive test records, logbooks, and verification documents.
Ensure the laboratory remains audit-ready at all times.
Lead investigations into test failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Stay updated with current testing standards and customer requirements.
Ensure safe handling of chemicals and laboratory equipment.
