🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development after graduation
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Strong understanding of API architecture, design, and implementation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers and cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of clean, maintainable, and scalable backend architecture principles
- Experience working with AI-related technologies will be considered a strong advantage
🔹 Technical Skills (Preferred / Nice to Have)
- Experience with REST API design and backend system integration

Responsibilities & Context
Orbion Ltd is hiring a highly skilled Backend Developer (AI Application) for offshore software development projects with Japanese clients. This is a full-time onsite position based in Dhaka, where the selected candidate will work closely with Japan-based stakeholders and contribute to scalable AI-powered application development.
The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, problem-solving capability, and experience building scalable APIs and modern web applications.

- Position: Backend Developer (AI Application)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Location: On-site, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Weekend: Friday & Saturday Off
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Including 1-hour lunch break)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and REST APIs using Laravel or Python (FastAPI)
- Design, build, and optimize API architecture for web applications and platform integrations
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration and application performance
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve overall application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in technical planning, backend architecture improvement, and feature development
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external systems when required
- Work with AI-related technologies, including LLM integrations, AI APIs, and RAG-based solutions (preferred)
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies, development tools, and modern engineering practices
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution architecture, and problem-solving within the development team
