Passion for Backend Development
You have a genuine interest in backend engineering, software development, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
Technical Experience
Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, Mongoose, and REST API development is expected.
Frontend Familiarity
You’re comfortable working with frontend technologies like React.js and Next.js, and understand how frontend and backend interact.

Technical Proficiency
Solid understanding of JavaScript and practical knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and Mongoose.
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with Redux, RTK Query, or similar tools used for efficient frontend-backend communication is a plus.
API Development
Design and build robust, scalable RESTful APIs using technologies like Node.js, Express.js, Mongoose, PostgreSQL, and Prisma.
Clean Code Practices
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured JavaScript code while adhering to industry best practices and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Backend–Frontend Integration
Collaborate with frontend developers (React.js, Next.js) to ensure smooth and efficient integration between backend services and user interfaces.
Database Architecture
Design, manage, and optimize database schemas to support performance and scalability.
Maintainable Code Structure
Apply modular design principles such as MVC or similar architectural patterns to keep the codebase organized and maintainable.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with TypeScript and Socket.io will be considered a strong advantage.
