Education
Experience
Oversee and manage teams including Playground Attendants (around 10 members), Reception & Ticketing (around 3 members), and Kitchen, Cleaning & Security staff (around 3 members)
Plan and schedule staff rotations based on client flow and facility capacity
Ensure the facility maintains complete cleanliness at all times
Ensure smooth operations during birthday parties, special events, and school functions
Prepare branch sales projections and actively follow up to meet targets
Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with relevant teams for timely repairs
Execute branch operations in compliance with policies, working closely with the Compliance Department
Manage branch cash handling in coordination with the relevant department
Implement and oversee branch marketing strategies
Supervise Food & Beverage operations
Recruit, hire, and train branch employees
Manage stock in cooperation with the Head Office
Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly
Perform any additional duties assigned by management as needed
