SPO to SAVP: A minimum of 8 years of branch banking experience, with 3–5 years preferably in the role of Branch Manager.
VP to EVP: At least 12 years of experience in branch banking, including 6–7 years as a Branch Manager, ideally with exposure to corporate banking.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, manage corporate loan portfolios, and oversee end-to-end branch operations.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, loan and deposit portfolio management, and strong client relationship skills.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with sound understanding of compliance, service quality, and risk management.
