Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Brand Communication & Execution
- Lead brand communication planning and execution across all four assigned brands, tailoring strategies based on each brand's positioning, target audience, and lifecycle stage.
- Maintain consistency in tone, message, and brand identity across digital channels and content types.
- Align all executions with broader brand objectives and business goals.
2. Campaign Development & Content Planning
- Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across brands—covering awareness, lead generation, and conversion objectives.
- Develop separate content calendars for each brand, including thumb-stopping copy, creatives, videos, and storytelling for organic and paid posts.
- Coordinate with internal and freelance creative teams for on-time execution.
3. Digital Marketing Strategy & Martech Execution
- Design digital strategies for each brand using a mix of performance and organic channels.
- Execute SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns (during key moments), and landing page optimization tailored to each brand.
- Use digital martech tools (CRM, automation platforms) to streamline communication and engagement funnels.
4. Paid Media Buying & Optimization
- Independently manage Meta, Google, and YouTube media buying campaigns for all brands.
- Allocate budgets smartly across brands to achieve maximum ROI, CTR, and conversion outcomes.
- Implement retargeting, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to ensure efficiency and growth.
5. Lead Generation & Funnel Ownership
- Build and execute lead generation strategies brand-wise—whether for real estate inquiries, resort bookings, or student leads.
- Drive and nurture MQLs through performance content and automation until handover to sales teams.
- Track full-funnel metrics (CPL, MQL > SQL > Customer) and continuously improve conversion rates.
Must-Have Skills & Certifications
- 5–6 years of proven experience in brand & digital marketing, preferably managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong hands-on skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
- Meta Certification (e.g., Meta Certified Media Buying Professional) is mandatory.
- Experience in lead gen-focused brands like real estate, education, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue), Canva/Adobe tools, and social scheduling tools.
- Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability.
