Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of total experience.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, including at least 2 years in imported food products.
Experience in selling cooking ingredients will be considered an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Familiarity with the geographical areas of Dhaka City is essential.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the market.
Visit potential customers to introduce products and build strong business relationships.
Follow up regularly with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Drive sales growth by coordinating with food service clients and distributors to achieve sales targets.
Conduct routine, on-call, and marketing visits to maintain strong customer engagement.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and performance
