Responsibilities & Context

  • Client Interaction & Communication
  • Handle all inquiries efficiently and courteously via telephone, email, internet platforms, bank correspondence, and in-person visits.
  • Maintain a well-organized customer sales database for tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions on a regular basis.
  • Set up and attend client meetings, both independently and alongside the sales team, to understand customer needs and present solutions.
  • Sales & Lead Generation
  • Innovate and lead the sales process to attract new clients and expand business opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and client presentations to showcase software features and value.
  • Explain the benefits and functionality of the company's services and products to customers in person, over the phone, or online to maximize software usage.
  • Must be target-oriented, consistently working toward achieving monthly sales goals.
  • Digital Marketing & Brand Presence
  • Manage the company’s brand presence across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others as needed).
  • Engage in digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, social engagement, and lead nurturing.
  • Develop and execute digital strategies to promote services, generate traffic, and improve customer engagement.
