Age between 18 to 30 years.
Smart and presentable, with proficiency in both Bangla and English.
Previous experience in telecommunications (TELCO), customer care, digital, or online services is preferred.
Experience in phone-based customer support, telemarketing, or call center supervision/management will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Call existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services.
Accurately record customer purchase details and process orders to meet sales targets.
Generate qualified leads for the outside sales team to follow up.
Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
Use company-provided sales scripts effectively to drive sales and handle objections.
Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs.
Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Selection Process: Candidates will undergo a seven-day training session followed by certification.
Other Benefits
Type A: BDT 12,000 – 15,000 (Minimum 6 months of call center experience required)
Type B: BDT 9,200 – 12,000 (Fresher)
Additional Benefits: Incentives based on sales performance and performance bonuses in various categories, as per company policy
